All orders are dispatched from our studio in Jakarta, Indonesia.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for full-priced items, provided they are unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Sale or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned. To initiate a return, please contact us at hereracatalog@gmail.com with your order details.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
Currently, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a residential or commercial address at checkout.
What happens if my parcel gets lost or stolen?
Herera is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen once they are in the hands of the courier. We recommend tracking your order with the details provided upon shipment. If you believe your parcel is missing, please contact the courier service directly.
The item I’m looking for is sold out. Will it be back?
Many of our pieces are crafted in limited runs. Some may be restocked, while others remain exclusive to their release. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page or follow us on social media for updates.

What are your delivery options?
Within Indonesia, standard courier delivery applies. For international orders, we ship via DHL Express or International Express. Exact rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout depending on your location.
When will my order ship?
We aim to dispatch orders within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding pre-orders, which have their own stated timelines). Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Do I need to pay duties & taxes on my purchase?
For Indonesian orders: No additional duties or taxes apply.
For international orders: Customs duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility. Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
I entered incorrect details in my order, can you fix it?
Please contact us immediately at hereracatalog@gmail.com with your order number and updated details. While we will do our best to update your order, changes cannot be guaranteed once the parcel has been shipped.
