Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the product price or shipping fees. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country’s import regulations prior to placing an order.

Herera is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or any circumstances outside our control. If customs charges are not paid by the recipient, the parcel may be held or abandoned, and Herera will not be liable for any loss of goods or funds in such cases. Orders cannot be redirected back to us once shipped.
For orders within Indonesia, no additional duties or taxes will be applied at checkout.
